"Location is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful although they need to improve their English communication. We stayed there for several non-consecutive days. The first time we got a reasonable size but small room. The second time the room was so small that we had to put the luggage right in front of the door, so in case of emergency, this could have been a big problem. It is a good hotel but choose it only if you have hand luggage, or not planning much shopping. Otherwise the extremely small...

"Love the cleanliness and the attention of the staff prior check in to accommodate our request for my family trip. They prepared everything as what we wanted. Got the nice room With best view of CCTV tower & CBD. Spotless clean rooms everyday when we’re back from busy day. We stayed in club room so we get breakfast and dinner included. The food is a bit boring though as mostly the same for our 3 days staying there."

"Carpets in the corridor could use a refresh soon. Rooms were maintained well however we did need a plumber everyday to help with the toilet blockage. They were prompt, like plumber was at the room within 2 mins and problem resolved within 10. Might reconsider when coming to beijing again, unsure if I'd stay again - but its worth the price."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal. They gave us great suggestions, helped when we had an emergency, and made sure we were taken care of. Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay."
