"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting. Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine. Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap. I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."

"Overall disappointing. The WiFi was the worst I’ve had in China. The room was very old fashioned. There was no shower curtain and the towels were very old and ripped. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. On our first night there was no hot water until 9.30pm which was very inconvenient as we weren’t pre warned, although we were given a complimentary breakfast when we complained. Finally the driver arranged by the hotel to bring us to the airport was terrifying, driving c140km per hour...

"I was able to check in at 9.30am rather than the 2pm stated on the website which really helped after a long night train from Beijing. The room was huge with two big beds and a late bathroom with seperate shower and bath and many toiletries included. Interesting window feature in my room so you can see through to the room while in the bathroom! The reception allowed me to keep my suitcase in the hotel the day after when I checked out so I could see more of the city before I left for Shanghai in...
