"We reserved two rooms for a family of four for 4 nights. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the fresh room every day after a long walking tour. Breakfast is free and has lots of selection. It has a tour information desk offer online tickets booking with no extra fees. "Poor isolation and construction works / heavy traffic right in front. Friendly stuff but some don’t even try to understand what you are saying with signs (no English at all). They could not even tell where the entrance of the natural park is on a map. I will not recommend. Cleaning had some room for improvement."

"Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it without hesitation The location is unbeatable: it’s in a very quiet area, right next to a beautiful bridge that gives it a special charm, and on the riverbank. This makes it super convenient for grabbing a taxi or getting around quickly, whether on foot or by transport. The staff’s service is warm and welcoming from the very first moment; they really make you feel at home. The room is simply gorgeous: spacious, bright, very well-equipped (fridge, kettle, safe, good Wi-Fi, quiet air conditioning) and decorated with great taste and elegant details. The value for money is excellent; it’s honestly hard to beat in that area. The only small downside (and this is purely personal) is that I missed a more Western-style breakfast. I would return without a second thought. Totally recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
