Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. "Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr modern mit Touchpads. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer von Top Qualität. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Nur die Umgebung ist reaktiv tot und der Bus fährt recht umständlich und lange in die nächste Stadt. Auch Restaurants oder ähnliches gibt es nicht der Umgebung. Neben dem Hotel ist aber ein Laden, wo man Lebensmittel, Getränke, Souvenirs, usw zu günstigen Preisen gibt. "

"Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "
