"Our family absolutely loved Koora Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely cared for by the staff (especially Jason who has already reached out to me in advance to understand our arrival time) and fell in love with the setting, which is nestled beautifully into the mountain forest. The service was impeccable, and the view overlooking the Monteverde cloud forest from the restaurant was truly epic.
The food was so fantastic that we ended up eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner there...

"While the breakfast was decent, the property itself felt poorly maintained, outdated, and significantly overpriced at $350 a night for the off-season. The rooms were dimly lit and felt stark and uninviting due to bare, poorly finished walls. Essential items like a basic table or chair were completely missing, and the lack of air conditioning made the space quite uncomfortable. To top it off, the window blinds failed to block out the morning sun, and we dealt with a faulty toilet that required...

"My family and I loved all of it. Is it perfect? No, but it did not have to be? In order to be fair I need to rate the individual aspects and put them in perspective.
Hotel Overall the hotel is a 5 star. Its clean, well maintained. exceptional service, beautiful foliage and atmosphere.
Location 5 (Rio Celeste Area)
Rooms 5 Big, beautiful, clean and outdoor shower my favorite.
Pool Area 5. Why? It is super clean. relaxing and Service is always available. Even if your are the only person or family...

"Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos.
The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well.
We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!"
