"Amazing view, terrace was well-kept and clean. The lighting modes (especially the mood lighting setting) was superb. The bathroom was clean and had a luxurious and modern look to it. The automated curtains and complimentary glass bottles of water were a fantastic touch to the experience. The rooftop bar and other lounges were posh and had a good vibe. The location was near to the train station and the downtown area, not too far from the various tourist attractions. "

"Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel! Facilities were great, staff was also great. Used the gym, explored the common areas, had drinks upstairs at the Common Club and dined in the Common Club downstairs. Few little issues with the room and housekeeping—stayed in the grand chamber queen suite—bedroom had no door so if you are in the living room watching tv with the lights on the person in the bedroom be kept awake. The big nespresso machine in the room kept breaking—did not work most of the time...

"From reception at the front door as the limo pulled up ..there were two bellmen outside opening the car door and escorting us to the front desk where reception and check in was friendly and seamless. "The room was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations for bars and restaurants. Big shout out to David for all of his advice to make our stay perfect. The snug bar is a must visit - absolutely stunning location to sit and enjoy a drink, or multiple drinks should I say! The hotel was clean throughout, with a lovely decor throughout. Our suite was just perfect and we will definitely be returning! "
