"Really friendly staff, hotel is clean and modern, AC unit in the Room helps with the immense heat in the summer. You can leave the room and press a button so the staff knows that they can go in and clean. Sometimes they would knock and ask if you need something, really forthcoming. Staff at the reception is really competent and friendly, our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they fixed it quickly and even brought our stuff to our room. Gym and pool are nice, Lobby is really luxurious...

"If you want to feel like you’re in a little European dream, this is it. The room is so charming and quaint on a cute tree lined street. The team here feel like they genuinely are happy to be there and to see you. The pool/spa facilities were fantastic and relaxing. "El hotel es enorme y recién remodelado, la atención del personal es inmejorable todos están siempre super atentos, me quedé en una habitación premier con vista a la ciudad pero me arrepentí de no haber elegido con vista al parque que es la vista más bonita del hotel que en persona luce mucho más bonito que en las fotos, el spa es una maravilla, la alberca exterior muy moderna y las tumbonas muy cómodas, un gran hotel al que seguro volveremos."
