Wonderful stay. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A fantastic hotel, thank you

We were happy to spend our evenings in the hotel bar. Well situated - within walking distance or short taxi ride of town centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

Top class hotel in the centre of Munich old town. Room and facilities were both fantastic and the staff made a real effort to go above and beyond.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in - room comfortable - staff lovely. The spa was amazing really enjoyed a swim then sunbathing outside. Perfect quiet location but short tram trip and you were in the centre of Munich.

I chose this hotel as it was well suited for my meetings, my room and the overall hotel had a very modern feel and the stafff were very polite and professional. Gettign dinner in the evening was only downside as one restaurant was closed and so i ended up on rooftop bar which was nice but was more a party atmosphere with posh tapas and i was only person with ym laptop

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Sofitel Munich Bayerpost from the 6th to 10th September 2026, in Room 453. While running a successful hotel is undeniably a team effort, I would like to highlight three team members whose exceptional service made my visit truly memorable. First, Vaton was outstanding. Despite a minor hiccup at check-in, he resolved the issue with remarkable efficiency, attentiveness, and care. He made a fantastic initial impression, which he went above and beyond to...

This is an absolutely amazing world-class hotel, everything is first-class - rooms are extremely comfortable with a typical German high-tech touch - you don't even have to pick up the phone to order room service, there is an iPad for that and the heated floor at the bathroom just makes you stay there for ever, latest TV HD technology, everything very impressing. Staff is absolutely great and the spa is very nice, do not miss to try it, lovely therapist, particularly an Australian lady called...
