"We had an awesome experience at the Grand Hayatt this month. The dinning folks ( Akash, Rahul, Saurav, Suvrana, Saloni and Eloni amongst others), Vikash who helped and guided us through the stay and Raju who drove us around Goa. Thank you all for an awesome experience. There were a lot more folks whose names I don’t remember. "

"Professional, clean, courteous, relaxing and rejuvenating couples massage at the spa. Professional and stylish haircut and beard trim by the barber. Friendly and caring wait staff at the bar, and the breakfast buffets. Very good food, top notch staff in all areas, clean and modern facilities. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation "

"Our stay at this property was truly remarkable, mostly due to the care and attention of the amazing staff, coupled with a spectacularly appointed property. We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. Special thanks to Pawar, Rakhee, and Mhare for making our wedding anniversary unforgettable. We are already planning our return trip!"

"We had a wonderful time at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa. Rooms were clean and spacious, food was excellent with good vegetarian options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The garden and pool areas were perfect for relaxation, and the beach access made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for families!"

"I stayed at the hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Chaha and Dhiran, were outstanding. Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made our visit memorable. Truly grateful for such warm hospitality. will Visit Again Soon,Highly recommend..👌"
