"Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"

"Nossa viagem em família ao Sombra e Água Fresca foi simplesmente excelente. Desde o check-in, passando por toda a estadia até o momento do check-out, fomos sempre recebidos com cordialidade, atenção e profissionalismo por parte de toda a equipe.
