Unfortunately, the check in wasnt great. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, which in itself is fine, but it would have been useful if the receptionist could have told us how long we would need to wait. Apart from that we thought this was a very good hotel."

Vivian at the front desk was always helpful and friendly, Son on the concierge desk is a wealth of knowledge for any recommendations you may need.
