I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. "The location is pretty far from tourist attractions but easily accessible via didi rides. Staffs are helpful and polite. The breakfast venue is always packed with people but staff always tried their best to help. Food almost never change for the 7 days stay there so if there are more variety it will be nicer. "
