"The stay was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The management was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which is really appreciated.
One thing to be aware of is the access to the property. the roads leading there are quite bumpy and not well paved, which seems to be common in some areas under development in Tulum. If you’re renting a car, it’s something to keep in mind.
There is also some room for improvement in terms of overall maintenance, but...
