"The grounds are very nice and we had great looks at a ton of really cool birds during our stay. There were some issues in the bathroom with a water leak and bad smell but we kept the door shut and put down some towels. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were good overall. The pool is very nice and quite unique. I would love to stay here again!"

"Absolutely perfect! Beautiful room! Fantastic restaurant delicious food! Best beach lounge chairs in the hotel zone and the pool makes the beach club exquisite. This is my fourth time to Tulum this year and my favorite hotel. Honestly, I could not have been more pleased with the property the service and especially my absolutely stunningly beautiful cabin. I definitely will be back!"

"We loved the pool, the sun sets and our ocean looking cabin. If all you want is relaxation - this is a place for you 💯. We would have loved a TV in the room especially with kids but there was none. Transportation from the hotel to other areas was quite expensive and also you needed to pay for passes when you get into the park even though you have a reservation. "Bring clothes for morning yoga. That was the best surprise. The pool was used in morning for scuba lessons if you're interested. Very good teacher. There's a shared kitchen so you can make your own meals but don't miss out on local exotic cuisine!"

"We booked an upgraded master suite with rooftoop pool. We were given a completely different room that wasn't even close to the room I booked thru Expedia. Then they shifted us to another room and even that was not tye room we booked. We were so frustrated by tuat time, we just stayed in a lower category room anyway. Management and admin is awful here!!!"

"This might be one of the worst hotels in Tulum. The rooms are old and have a musty smell to them with torn curtains on the windows and rusted sliding glass doors with keys that are difficult to open/close. There is no staff onsite before 10 am or after 6 pm, and accessing the property is difficult as you have to use a QR code to go through a turnstile and then through a door that leads you into a "alley" to get inside. There is no real lobby. The two restaurants onsite are grossly overpriced...
