The king bed on the second floor was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life, that sounded like the bed would break in half at every movement. Awful. My family and I, which consisted of 4 children 7 and under, were not able to bathe in the bathrooms, we had to bath them outside in the pool. We reached out the the property and they could not send someone until the next morning. The next day, while we were not at the property, the issue was not resolved until the early evening. "
