"Staff very good and friendly. Great view from our room and a comfortable bed but no hot water. Food was passable and not much choice (possibly due to time of year) On a final note, if you do not like cats or you are allergic, this is not the hotel for you. They are allowed indoors."

Reception didn’t even mention we could pay for early check-in until hours later. Most staff barely speak English and act annoyed when you ask anything. Buffet was the same dull food every day. Dirty plates, greasy reused cups at the bar — disgusting. For the price, this place is a joke. Definitely not worth it.👎👎👎"

"This is a really good all inclusive hotel, the food is above average and the drinks are average. The pools are really nice and the hotel is right on the beach. Although the hotel is remote (about 30 mins from Kusadasi or 100 lira taxi). "Ondermaatse bezetting. Strandbar en 1 zwembad bar gesloten. verder een goed hotel maar op de terugweg. "De Luxe" mag absoluut weggelaten worden. Het is duidelijk dat Turkije ook kreunt onder de lage instroom van toeristen."
