"Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel, we were a family group travelling with a 2year old in the group & every small detail to accommodate the whole group were met. Every staff member without exception always greeted us with a smile & were always very helpful. The hotel is very clean in all areas. There is a great choice of restaurants & poolside drinks/food. "The Tree Tops restaurant was so overrated and overpriced. I have never been so bored having a meal spread out over 2 hours 20 minutes. The hotel is not friendly for elderly or disabled clients. There are so many trip hazards getting into your room or moving around the onsite restaurants."

"The hotel is secluded which is great but also requires for transportation to anything outside the hotel. If you want to eat in a local restaurant rather than the hotel it's a 30 min Car Ride away. As long as that is acceptable to you no issue but if you like to go outside the hotel from time to time this can be an issue. There is nothing around the hotel area that can be deemed as acceptable, at least not what we have been able to check out. "
