"Wonderful stay overall. Obviously the hotel is just about to close for a refurbishment which it does need in places. A little tired in the room maybe. Everyone very polite and friendly except for one doorman who made us feel unwelcome and a bit unworthy of entrance to the hotel. Maybe we looked too scruffy for his liking!"
