"The customer service here was outstanding. Absolutely every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel was excellent and Motion restaurant food was very tasty and the chef came to our table to make sure everything was fine with our meal. Thank you to Jemma on reception, Simon at the bar and everyone who served us and made our stay memorable for all the right reasons. "

"I didn't like that the weekend cleaning staff weren't very thorough. In room dining menu was scarce of meat dishes, but the food was delicious anyway. There was also a Sundays and public holidays surcharge on room service. However the room itself, was fantastic! The view was nice, the room and furniture were neat, tidy and clean. An in-room coffee pod machine with complementary pods and bottled water. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The staff were great and very helpful....

"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. "I love Ode Properties. They have amazing beds. I was empathetic toward the front desk staff, as she was dealing with an impossible customer, and I had to wait a while to check in, but because we commiserated she upgraded me. It was so thoughtful of her. I loved my room. Only annoyance is the motorbikes zooming around on the roads behind the hotel at odd hours of the night. "Minor issues. Vanity didn’t drain well. Musty smell in unit until aired out. We were challenged re taking unreserved seating at breakfast even as we had 4 rooms and breakfasts included. Admittedly it was Father’s Day but advance notice would have helped. Challenging guests is unprofessional. We travel extensively using 1class accommodation worldwide.
