AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

"Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. "This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs).
