"The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the major shopping malls such as Central World. The breakfast buffet is a must try because of the varieties of cuisines available. I stayed in this hotel every time when I visited Bangkok during the past decade. "

"Everything about this hotel was hood. Except for the constant musical beat at night coming from the bar that was 1 floor above, but that wasn't horrible. The staff was incredible with a special highlight going to Phuena, the housekeeper that I had on the 31st floor. She was professional, friendly, respectful, and she did a fabulous job. No matter what she is being paid, she deserves a pay raise."

"One of the reason I chose this hotel is because of the washer and dryer option. However, the drying option is horrible, it keeps on making the clothes wet when it is drying. I tried using the option to wash and dry by itself and it didn’t work either. Maybe there is something wrong with ours ? But other that, I am happy with my stay. "

"This is one awesome hotel. You will be hard-pressed to find a better one in Bangkok. The gym and pool are amazing, staff friendly and super-helpful and the room was ridiculously comfortable.
