"From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and highly professional. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping—was marked by genuine smiles and a willingness to help. "All staff members were attentive to guests’ needs and were available easily. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. "
