"The hotel was grand but also quite dated. The floor numbering was confusing, with several half floors, making it difficult to navigate. We had requested adjoining rooms, or at least two rooms on the same floor, but our rooms ended up being quite far apart. That said, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay."
