"It was a very memorable trip with a surprise anniversary celebration for us. The kids club was also well-equipped, so the whole family was able to enjoy their stay at the hotel. What I would like to see improved is that the transportation within the hotel is limited to buggies, and we waited nearly 30 minutes for the buggy to come when we returned to our room from the pool. "It was a great experience stay at intercontinental Samui. Great staff and service, the location seems quite far from the urban areas such as fisherman’s village but hotel has shuttle bus three rounds a day to go to those places. And if you just wanna stay in the hotel and chill, it was actually a great location, quiet, great sea view, perfect sunset! You have to see the sunset on the beach there! Breakfast was just ok, coffee was good though. Overall it was worth it. "
