"Terribly disappointing . We booked this pool home to enjoy a week with our 2 sons and couldn’t use the pool as the heater was broken . We tried for a few days to get answers regarding the pool and staff were indifferent . I asked to speak with a Manager and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call back .

"The house was clean that was about it. I was asked by the host to take the garbage from the last persons out, pretty sure thats why theres a cleaning fee. The kids games rooms dont actually come with games every thingnis extra. Communication with persons at the property were terrible and unprofessional. At one point the property also advertised free waterpark acess but theres no water park. (I have pictures of proof.)"

"The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load.
