"Staff was helpful and kind, room was spacious"

"This is the second time my family has stayed at Doppio. The house and pool was in excellent shape! My only gripe was not replacing the tv remote in the downstairs bedroom as there it was not available in the house when checked-in."

"Kudos to the breakfast team. It was fresh, healthy, a great variety, coffee fresh, hot and delicious! The 2 ladies staff members we encountered were very attentive and amiable. Lilly was observed keeping the place clean and around the tables and guests. The other lady kept replenishing the food and helping guests including me with needs to make our breakfast a true experience. Thank you Staybridge management for making this hotel exceptional! "The stay was okay overall. The unit was fairly clean, and our group had a nice time. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The couch was ripped, the carpet appeared somewhat dirty, and we saw a few roaches during our stay. Additionally, the upstairs shower didn’t seem to be installed properly and made a loud, disruptive noise in the first-floor bedroom whenever it was used. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but due to these issues, we would likely choose a different property...

"The condo we rented was very nice. However there isn’t any parking available to you outside your building. Our car got towed the first night. Costing us an extra $200 fee. I also paid extra to have “pool access” thinking the pool would be behind my back yard. But you have to walk almost a mile to get to the pool. The water park on the property was full everyday we want. So had to stand in lines just to get in ! I would never recommend this resort to anyone ! "

"Biggest issues at checkout; charged me Vallet Parking for my stay even though I didn’t even have a car. I had to return to the property (I was in the area) to get it resolved. Room was great, very comfortable beds and clean bedding. Bathroom could’ve been better cleaned, especially the tub. Outside of the checkout issue the stay was great. "

"I had a great time at the resort! There was so much to do! From swimming to movies to the arcade! I didn’t get a chance to make it to the entertainment nights but there was something to do everyday! We definitely enjoyed the resort and will return! There were a few cons, no hot water only in the kitchen but we made do with it. The American restaurant was so expensive! They charged $2 for any additional topping for a cheeseburger which came plain! But overall a great place to stay!!"
