"The pools were great! The store is wonderful and has all of the necessities and more. The beach is incredible as well! If you choose to go off and explore, there are rental cars and buses very near! The staff is so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed how we were treated by the staff! Things we think need to be improved: Limited kids club hours and it’s not very exciting for children as they often stay in and colour/paint. But the staff is lovely. "We stayed for 12 nights and found the hotel lovely and clean. Our room was spacious although no view as such. It was comfortable but beds very hard Staff very helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Food was excellent although restaurant very busy. Drinks expensive. Good pool. Recommend highly"
