"Loved my stay at the Ritz Carlton. Staff very helpful. The only thing I feel Let’s the hotel down is the cups in the room. Come on Ritz Carlton up you game here, conference centre cups and saucers don’t belong in the room in a five star hotel."

"Convenient location for a shopping trip to Chadstone. Great hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was the design of the bathroom. Theres no bench at all to put toiletry bags on or to do your makeup, theres just 2 sinks that look like they are plastic kegs with taps attached"
