"Quando estavamos a fazer o chek in a rececionista disse que não tinhamos reserva. O Hotel tinha cancelado a reserva com o operador. Tentamos ligar várias vezes mas devido à diferença horária nunca fomos atendidos. Acabámos por ficar uma noite, tendo em conta o adiantado da hora mas pagando o quarto! O hotel está classificado como 5 estrelas mas equivale a 2 estrelas. Fica longe do centro e da praia, Está a precisar de obras e restauro no mobiliário. A Limpeza é muito deficiente. "What an amazing place, 5 star luxury, the hotel grounds are pristinely, you have your own beach (as its difficult to get to unless you have hotel access. Great pool, the food is the best we had in Sri Lanka, they serve different types of Sri Lankan breakfast that you can try, like egg hoppers and sting hoppers with curry and dhal. "Well appointed space, lovely spacious room and bathroom. Staff very friendly , well trained and very helpful. Breakfast however can do with a bit of improvement. I love Sri Lankan food and found the breakfast buffet a bit underwhelming "

"Fantastiskt hotell Servicen är verkligen 5 stjärnig Riktigt god mat Privat strand med jetski, badvakt och bar. Billjard, pingisbord finns också. Boka taxi direkt via hotellet så slipper du bli lurad. Tillbringade sista veckan av våran semester här som kungar. Kan rekommendera detta hotell!"
