"This is an excellent property and the only one I will stay at if I am in Lecce again. The location is perfect. The property amenities are extraordinary. Best of all is the amazing staff who did all they could with recommendations and arrangements to ensure my stay in Lecce was truly spectacular. I absolutely love this property and recommend without hesitation. Elegant. Superb customer service."

"we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this.
l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome.
Breakfast was very good and the hotel shuttle to the beachclub was very convenient."

"We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy. The food at the restaurant was also great. We tried the bike tour, a cooking class, and a wine tasting, and we would easily recommend all of them but especially the wine tasting. We were able to try different local wines with local cheeses and snacks, which was a wonderful experience. We would love to...
