An incredible hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Stunning hotel

After travelling for over 25 hours we arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by an extremely friendly member of staff who took our baggage and led us to the individual desk where you check in. We were led to our room by another polite member of staff who asked us if we needed anything. It's worth noting here that you actually receive a silver key to unlock your room opposed to a card. The room was large with an amazing view. There's an ice bucket in room that is replenished every day, well...

Amazing location in Shinjuku. Exceptional service from all staff very well mannered and helpful. Great hotel and amenities. Highly recommend.

This was our best stay in Tokyo, with excellent views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel offers great luxury and an excellent place to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The folks at The Fairmont Tokyo are helpful as always and warm and welcoming.

Hotel was in an incredible location, overlooking Tokyo. It was on top of multiple metro stations making travelling Tokyo easy. The hotel itself was incredible with huge and luxurious rooms. The service was 2nd to none also.

Always a pleasure staying in this hotel. The views are stunning.

Room, facility, staff training... everything was just wonderful and very impressed!

Located onl the top 7 floors of the Tokyo Garden Terrace complex (30-36). It has stunning views across the City from reception, bars, rooms club lounge and the fitness...

One of the great hotels of the world! Simply outstanding

The attention to detail is second to known. Club room - there was food available all day, buffet breakfast, light snacks, high tea, evening buffet. Complimentary bar until 10pm. The staff - were extremely attentive, always greeted you by name, made a point of remembering what sites you intended to...
