This place was an incredible experience! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. It was a 5 star rating for a REASON because everything was exceptional. Honestly will be coming back again soon. The restaurant was amazing and the food was very very good.

Stunning hotel. Perfectly situated near canals and a short walk into the old town.
Lovely room. Hotel is stylishly designed throughout. Great reception area to sit in. The restaurant served really good food. Great breakfasts. Nice bar. And every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant. I've been lucky enough to stay in many of the world's nicest hotels over the years. This is right up there with the best.

This hotel was truly wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable and the shower was amazing (Like a spa, with powerful hot water). The robe was super soft and fleecy rather than the usual rough toweling.
We did not try the breakfast or bar, but the areas looked delightful. I will definitely return to find out more on my next trip to Copenhagen. I don't want to stay anywhere else now 😊

Excellent! Great breakfast. My only suggestion would be forcing a booking system for the sauna… it’s very small for the 6 people crammed in there when I visited one day. Not enjoyable.

Completely renovated and beautiful interior end to end. Beautiful views from the hotel, both to be enjoyed from the lobby, terrace, restaurant, bar and pool area. Food was great and the ambiance very cool.
Only note is that this is not your typical “chill-spa-quiet-time” retreat, there is lounge music and the vibe is more upbeat. We loved it !
