So friendly. Nice quiet room. Nice meals. Lovely location on the lake. So peaceful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

Beautifully renovated in all aspects Staff amazing ! Wonderful stay

Perfect canal side position. Tea/coffee facility in lovely common room. You feel a link to its history as Seaman’s Hostel. Rooms are small but sufficient. If you are sensitive to street noise (not cars or music, but people talking in street and happy voices from cafes across canal)maybe don’t ask for a canal view room. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

A little piece of heaven in tranquil beautiful surrounds. Lovely staff are an asset to the hotel, friendly, professional and helpful.

One of the prettiest places I've ever stayed. The attention to detail in the decor is outstanding.

Brilliant accommodation and a really good breakfast. The bed was very comfy and the metro station was only a very short walk from the hotel.

Amazing location, gardens and lounges take advantage of the sea view, sauna is great. The restaurant is really good, and even without a reservation they will make space for hotel guests. Wine o'clock is 4-5 every day, when guests are given a glass of wine grown by the family in Mallorca. Visited midsummer at their busiest and it was sometimes hard to get staff's attention. Also could really have used having water more easily available, not having to queue at the bar every time. But overall would...

A lovely hotel with boutique style rooms. Cleaned well everyday. The breakfast was first class. Excellent choices with extremely lovely staff. Would highly recommend. Situated in a lovely place within easy access of the train station. Some lovely restaurants in the area for food in tge evening.

AMAZING

Super easy to get to on public transport from the airport. Walkable to everything. In a cheerful buzzy neighbourhood which was just perfect - fun but never disturbingly loud. This quirky hotel with its wonderfully welcoming and helpful reception ( fantastically communicative even prior to arrival) captures the vibe perfectly. My room was a little old ( not complaining as this was fairly reflected in the price) but thoughtfully laid out and provisioned. * A star missing simply because...

Lovely hotel, very clean and great additions such as the happy hour. Staff were friendly and facilities were nicely decorated.

Not clean on the inward facing rooms, too dark. Excellent hotel, great breakfast too. Greg

Hotel Brinkly is a charming little family run hotel. It is a beautiful old building perfectly positioned just opposite the beach and with forest behind. It is in a lovely position and Snekkerten is a very pretty village. There is also a bus stop immediately outside. We had the garden room which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were without exception helpful and kind. The breakfast was fabulous. It was a contintental buffet breakfast -There was freshly baked bread and the best...

We had a lovely stay in Citizen M Copenhagen. The only thing I would mention is that the shower corners needed some attention, Very modern hotel with extremely helpful staff. Cammy was very helpful & welcoming in our arrival
