Not value for money. Room looked like nice but there is no ventilation in the room. I did report this but there was no help. I used the fan and opened the windows but the street noise was too much. 3 night stay = 3 nights no sleep. Staff were friendly, the Italian restaurant divine and cosy hour a great idea but the shower and room NO. Purpose of a hotel is to sleep and clean and this was not good at all. Not value for money and would not recommend.

Patrons have to haul their own luggage up a flight of steps to get into hotel. Some hotel personnel has to direct us to a computer to get checked in. Not recommended for patrons older than 75 to haul their own luggage up the steps. Breakfast costs too much compared to others in the area

Absolutely loved our stay at Kong Arthur, which was perfect for our needs (group of 3 friends exploring Copenhagen for first time). All the expected requirements (above) were met with excellence. In particular, the staff were fantastic; young, polite, beautiful English for which we were grateful, helpful, everything you would hope for. Additionally, we particularly loved the bike hire option and the lovely outside spaces to enjoy as part of the hotel. It was great; thanks so much.

We loved this hotel, nice quiet location but still fairly central and 5 mins walk from the metro (there is a particular entrance to metro which is closer and also a side entrance to the hotel which saves walking round to the main entrance on the next street). Staff all lovely and helpful. Room great and comfy bed, no complaints there. Sticks and Sushi restaurant behind the hotel was really good! Everyone seemed to love the breakfast, it was good quality food but maybe not to our taste and I would probably eat breakfast out if we went again as it was quite pricey. Brilliant indoor food market next to the metro which had lots of options to try, would be good for breakfast or lunch. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We loved our stay! The staff were excellent, our room was comfy and clean and the neighborhood was fun and plentiful. There were lots of outdoor spaces to relax and the staff were always available and willing to help. We look forward to staying again!
