We arrived to toothpaste splatters on the bathroom walls, spills on the cabinets and greasy prints on the doors. The staff were very kind and responsive to the request for extra cleaning however. We did also have issues with the shower not sealing properly at the bottom so the bathroom floor would flood whenever we used it. All the grout was mouldy and leaking. "The location is superb, but it’s a dated property which is crying out loud for renovation! I slipped on the foot mat almost twice because it’s slippery, just outside the main door. Pool area will make you wait for 20 minutes even to get a coconut water which felt like I bought from a roadside vendor, it was hot and covered with foil ? Never seen a five start property charging 250 dollar a night in such a shabby condition! "
