"Hillary was very kind and accommodating to our early arrival. Our room was in the basement and it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. It’s a beautiful home and quite nice."

The BnB was on a quiet park but close enough to the main areas to still be convenient - we slept with the windows open on multiple nights without issue. The room was large and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease from the very beginning. The food options are a step above for evening dining and at breakfast. "We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....
