"Staff are terrific, the hotel is beautifully presented, with lovely colour themes, decor, design, linen, toiletries, even complimentary champagne on ice when you arrive. I do hope the bedding/mattress topper is changed, the bed is suffocating, it’s far too fluffy! The shower in the bath tub is an accident waiting to happen, and please offer some hair conditioner. Coffee isn’t flash in the rooms, or in the dining room. "

"We had high expectations based on the other reviews, and we’re not disappointed . The hotel is beautiful and charming and very clean. I’d loved the decor. All the staff were wonderful. We loved our room. The breakfast was amazing. We stayed in some good hotels on this trip, and The Bonham was our favorite. The Bonham is in a nice upscale neighborhood but if you’re not someone who enjoys walking (or taking taxis) then this hotel may not be for you. If you live in a city and are used to it you...
