We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience.
Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. The complex itself is huge, with plenty of space and beautiful sunset...

"We loved our stay at this resort! One of the highlights was the pool and also the spa. I got a facial and massage with Michaela, and it was so relaxing! The pool had incredible views, I enjoyed my time there. The only reason I didn't give my stay 5 stars is the room. There were stairs from the main room to the bathroom and during our last night I tripped down the stairs. "Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings."
