"Lovely hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. A la carte lunchtime restaurant and room service were very good. Lovely pool area, quiet and relaxed, plenty of sun loungers. Nice bar and seating areas. Attractive well kept grounds. We had a deluxe suite with private infinity pool: the room was comfortable, well-furnished, clean, with good storage. The private terrace and pool were fabulous and really enhanced our stay. "The staff at Phaea Blue and the location are what made our trip so pleasurable. The resort feels like a village on the hillside. The area is quiet and the village of Plaka is close by and walkable. We ate their each night and the food in Plaka is superb! We booked a Luxury Bungalow with pool and sea view which was delightful and lovely after a hot day on the beach. Will return."
"We loved our stay at Meliti hotel, the staff was very nice, and we are already missing the wonderful view. Breakfast was lovely and different every day and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. As the hotel is located equidistant from Agios Nikolaos and Elounda you would be better with a car, although at the bottom of the street there is the bus stop for both places. Nearby tavernas we tried were also very nice. "

"Good communication with hotel for organising parking and a later checkout on our last day. Parking at the hotel was close by. Check in was smooth and all staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Lovely large room with balcony and sea view. "This place was amazing, looked just like a postcard. The staff was amazing! Konstantinos at the lunch restaurant was incredible and super friendly!! If you eat there get the cheesecake, best dessert I’ve had. The gift shop is great too with lots of cute items and the lady that runs it is very friendly. Will definitely come back again!"

"Excellent service from beginning to end. Excellent, very friendly and accommodating staff, great food, walk to the beach, great pools, wonderful spa on property."
"We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year! "
