Beautiful hotel will definitely return

Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff great amenities. Highly recommend.

Rooftop pool & bar was the highlight especially as it is open until 10pm! The room was as described with great views of Bangkok. Food in the restaurant was delicious, staff were friendly and the lifts were fast and efficient. Only 2 min walk to the BTS made it very convenient to get to the Phrom Phong area

4 night stay to visit family in Bangkok and see some sights. 10 min walk to mall for food and Ekamai sky train station which will take you most places. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, always welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We upgraded to Royal Thai, executive suite. For the little extra cost it was well worth it. We were treated like royalty and all the extras provided made it a life of luxury. We will be coming here again next year and we can say now, without any hesitation we will be staying in the same hotel.

10/10 amazing place. Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Location is perfect shopping dining, the whole lot.

We loved this hotel! The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful! Woukd recommend!

Excellent hotel in a first class location. Hotel, from arrival to departure, could not be faulted. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great stay in Bangkok. Room was extremely comfortable with great views out over the river. Great selection of dining options and food was of a very high standard. Breakfast selection was superb with staff serving there very attentive.

Amazing hotel with fabulous facilities, staff and overall experience. Would definitely recommend and we will return.

Perfect place near airport. Really good food and the rooms are as described/shown.

5 star hotel 5star price 5 star service long walk to centre or taxi or train ride excellent

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!
