"The staff the property the decorative finish is all beautiful. The hotel communal areas also have an amazing smell and of course the Room is spacious classic and spectacular. "Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.
Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny.

"The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and on the modern side for Italy. Staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast options were solid. The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale. The area right above it called Vomero was very posh and lovely to walk around. "

"I couldn't be more pleased with the hotel - from the friendly and accommodating staff to the cleanliness of the room and property. The food was next level and their bar has an unbeatable view with drinks to match (get the irresistible fries). Must do the wine tasting in their cellar - well worth it and there's a surprise hidden down there. "

"What a stunning hotel, we loved our stay at the Belair in Sorrento. Little touches such as email correspondence enquiring our purpose for the stay. A 30th celebration for my son and reassurance the Belair staff would do all possible to make his birthday a memorable one.
