"Property was good but had some small issues. Small things were broken, like the lock on our door and our room safe. But, the service staff was amazing and the pool was great. View from our balcony was also worth the price."

"This was the perfect hotel for us. We loved how walkable everything was when we left the hotel. Attractions, sights, restaurants, coffee, shopping, bars, casino, Oxxo, culture, grocery and much more were right out the front door of the hotel. We found that fantastic. As much as we enjoyed our time at the pools and beach it was great to be so close to so many things to do. Only can we used all week was to the airport. Only slight negative was th food at hotel was just average but didn’t bother us...

"We loved this hotel. The customer service and food were amazing.
We stayed for two nights but ended up adding one more night.
Our personal butler, Rousse, was very attentive. Our room was very nice with an amazing view.
The only downside was the plung pool. We weren’t able to enjoy it because the water was not very comfortable and was quite cold."

"We fell in love! This is our first time with the Grand Velas brand. We normally stay with the impressions side of secrets but I’m glad we decided to try this resort. It has literally ruined it for us and we can’t see ourselves going to another brand. The service, food and cleanliness is at a meticulous level. We went for 6 days 4 nights. We never had a bad drink or bad food.
Everything was absolutely fabulous. Kenia and Patricia on the adults side of the pool are amazing. Omar and Jose Jairo...
