"A beautiful place in a perfect location to explore Bath."

"Such good value for a beautiful friendly hotel"

"Lovely clean room, furnished beautifully and to a very high standard! Very comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff and delicious breakfast too."

"Lovely staff who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Lovely location and very peaceful, food was very decent."

"Great breakfast but might requiere other options that are not eggs, the location is superb and the decoration excellent, it has a lot of stairs which might not be comfortable for older people"

"Great location, everything we needed - free parking and a fantastic breakfast "

"Highly recommend. Loads of amenities, place was clean, cosy and lovely. Came here with my partner and our dog and we loved it. "

"Fanatic house, very dog friendly and superb ground."

"Well located property, just as photos in listing. Spacious and well stocked kitchen. Everything clean as expected. Parking a bit difficult as permit holders only. No full length mirrors which would have been helpful and not space for 8 people to relax in the living room."

"Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also."
