"You absolutely saved our family vacation! Our original booking had a problem with its well and left us high and dry. We found Bear Hideaway online and were able to get it booked the same day! Excellent communication from the host who was very attentive. Added bonus - we could sit in the hot tub and see the Dollywood fireworks through the trees each evening around 9:30! "
