"My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Prima Life Makadi. We truly enjoyed our stay and believe the hotel offers excellent value for money. We would happily recommend it and consider returning! I’d like to share a few friendly suggestions to make the experience even better: Room Cleanliness: Room cleaning seemed to focus mainly on emptying the bins, and bed sheets were not changed daily. A little more attention to daily housekeeping would make a difference. Bathroom & Refrigerator: Shower water often spread onto the bathroom floor and room corridor, with no convenient way to dry it except by requesting housekeeping. The minibar refrigerator also did not cool properly. Animation Team: The team works very hard and deserves appreciation. Having a team size more suitable for the number of guests, along with activities in different locations and at various times throughout the day, would make the entertainment even better. Beach & Pool Towels: Convenient towel exchange stations near the beach and pools would be a great improvement, saving guests from carrying wet towels back to their rooms and waiting for replacements or drying them on the balcony. These suggestions come with genuine appreciation. We loved the hotel's atmosphere and our family holiday, and I believe these small improvements could make Prima Life Makadi even better. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"10 out of 10. It was my family and I, first time in Hurghada and we decided to stay at the Jaz Elite Asteria. When we arrived we were greeted at the entrance and directed to the lobby as staff collected our bags. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. In the lobby we were given welcome drinks. The only small thing to nitpick was I felt check-in took to long. However, it was worth the wait. Because Manager SAAD upgraded our room to the swim up suite!! The room was in pristine condition. The entire property is fabulous. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the amenities are outstanding. Special thanks to Manager SAAD and Assistant Manager MEZNI for making our stay a memorable experience. We will return."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and atmosphere to the overall service. Most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they made our stay really enjoyable. However, I would like to mention one negative experience with a non-Egyptian female receptionist. Unfortunately, her attitude was not friendly or professional, and the way she dealt with us was quite disappointing compared to the excellent service we received from the rest of the staff. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider coming back. I hope the management will take this feedback into consideration, as the rest of the team was excellent."
