It is too far from the city center, and the transportation is inconvenient. The transportation provided by the hotel is too expensive. There shall be 3 restaurants in this hotel, but I don't know when other restaurants in the hotel will open,In fact ,I can only eat buffets during my three-day stay.

I would like to thank everyone in Prima life ,staff is amazing and friendly ,special thanks to Bodda from the animation team , the maintenance is amazing ,food has a lot of variety,you should try as well a la carte restaurant Xslusive was bot wow but soho is amazing ,didn’t get a chance to try the other ,no need to go snorkelling trip you can have the same closed to the beach , will definitely go back Last word to management: your team really loves you i ve never been in a place that employees are happy and proud to work with you keep going you are doing great

Check-in process was smooth and fast thanks to the professional receptionists! The room is spacious, clean and has a lot of amenities. The beach was one of the best in Hurghada with its crystal water. The pools were clean. Concerning food, the variety was good, but a few of them were lacking the good quality. However, we really liked the grilling and pasta stations, their 'balady' bread is amazing. Drinks in the bars were ok. The overall experience was really great and we will definitely come again!

Great time at the sandy beach and pool too we really enjoyed. Special thanks for xclusive a la cart restaurant staff for their spirit, dinner and birthday cake. My husband and I absolutely loved it here. We spent a week here and it felt like paradise. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff were all friendly and everything was clean. The only thing we were disappointed about was the buffet. I would mostly just go for the food that was cooked in front of me on the grill, the remaining buffet options as well as the desserts were really a disappointment to us both. I hear that most- if not all - resorts lack in their buffet as well though. We will definitely be back again. One week wasn’t enough.
