"The staff was available 24 hours a day. Very friendly and willing to assist you with your needs. The shuttle drivers were on time and had great suggestions. The ski in ski out access was perfect. The ski shop had great equipment and the locker room made it as easy as you can hope for. The lounge bar was a great place for a night cap and to catch some live music. Breakfast in the morning was top notch."

"Great location, fantastic service. Beautiful hotel. Highly recommended - you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop attached to hotel where you can hire kit (or store your own skis overnight). Spa / swimming pool and multiple restaurants. We will be back."

"Excellent location for skiiers.
Comfortable rooms with everything you need.
Just as mentioned in previous comments, information about facilities and other minor things are not quite clearly informed.
I had an electric car and nobody told me or written anywhere that -1 floor is equipped with chargers; i waited 2 hours at an outside station to full it up.
Bathrobes can be taken from the reception you have to discover it yourself.
But none of this minor issues have affected our great stay at this...
