"Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend "

"A beautiful hotel in a lovely setting with the sound of the river when you sat on the terrace. The staff were exceptional and always ready to help with any request. The room was very comfortable, lovely big bed and superb bathroom."

"Cabin was cosy and fun for the kids, there were a lot of spider webs on the underside of the bunk beds which freaked my son out as he hates spiders. Overall it’s a nice quiet and relaxing place for a break. We enjoyed roughing it by cooking on a small stove. The maintenance guys were very helpful for retrieving a shuttlecock we hit on the roof. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a brilliant stay here just after Christmas for 6 nights. The cottage was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed—it felt like a proper home away from home. The kids absolutely loved feeding the farm animals every morning (so did we!) it was such a fun way to start the day and definitely made the stay extra special. Carolyn and Carl were fantastic hosts—so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family...
