"Fantastic hotel"

"Stayed last year at the ritz Carlton and decided again this year. Staff are amongst the best very helpful and welcoming. The only disappointment was we weren’t able to play the golf course as it was undergoing a major greens over haul. However this didn’t stop us staying again instead we played elsewhere. "

She was asking for registration/reservation number from Hotels.com, something I have never encountered in all the years of using this site. "Excellent location and facilities. All Inclusive option is fantastic. Entertainment is also great. They had a desk to help organize trips to parts of the island and to another island. We did two of them and were fantastic! Highly recommend! "
