Overall great experience. Hotel is quite beautiful and maintained. Staff were amazing! From the bartenders; (TB, Ramon, Johnathon, Valentino, Jesus), to wait staff; ( Jose, Millie, Elena, and so many more), and the hostess Nathalie Concierge Toni was very informative and helpful We found the Mosaic Restaurant food to be very monotonous as the main Buffett. As we booked all inclusive package, we were still limited to the other restaurants and premium beverages. Our beautiful oceanfront one bedroom suite was stunning and clean. The distance to the beach was a disappointment but they did have a shuttle service once a day As a final note, we would have preferred to have had more access to the other restaurants despite purchasing the all inclusive package with upgrades

We upgraded to LEVEL but our room 101 was on the other side of the resort a long way from the LEVEL facilities and the room was very basic. The hotel claims to be 5 star but in reality it is nearer a 3 star. The AI package not worth it and very restrictive- canteen style restaurant and food. Very loud music at the lower pool from 30th December outside our room. My wife was ill for 24 hours with upset stomach. We checked out two days early and found a proper five star resort. The marketing of this resort is deceptive and not realistic. We felt cheated and deceived.

The room floor was filthy. We had it reclined while we were out and though the stickiness had gone, one hour with white socks and they were black on the bottom. The nighttime bar music on an outside terrace was crap and destroyed the peaceful atmosphere. The food at the the buffet and the bar was very mediocre. We had the worst Quiche Lorraine ever. It was more like a bad cruise ship kitchen than a five star hotel. We had a cockroach visit our room on two of the mornings (not the same one!) This hotel is probably the highest one in Adeje. Great for view, a nightmare to walk down and back to the beach and shops. My legs still hurt.

Hotel muy bonito con todos los servicios disponibles, piscina, gimnasio, bares, restaurantes internamente sin necesidad de salir del hotel. El acceso a la piscina desde los niveles superiores no es directo, varios ascensores. La comida buffet muy bien y la atencion también. Los restaurantes fuera de pensión muy buenos pero algo caros. El acceso a la playa andando es largo aunque hay un autobús pero solo una ida y una vuelta. Hotel tranquilo, muy recomendable para relajarse, divertirse y comer bien.

Overall, hotel was OK. The staff really make the stay. Natalia is amazing, remembering guest names etc. Rooms need attention. TV in the room didn’t work consistently and was at a strange angle. The level check in, needs to be staffed properly or just let guests check in on floor 5. If I’m paying for a premium package, I am not hanging around for 30 minutes.

Wonderful hotel, stunning pool, reasonable gym, great buffet breakfast, good range of entertainment every evening. Easy and free parking if you’ve hired a car. Stunning views of the coast from rooms and from the very nice bar. Lovely rooms with decent king size bed and nice bathroom/decent shower. A good 25 min walk to main restaurants and bars (we got a taxi for €5 each way which took 5 mins). Nearby about a 5 min walk, there is a great Indian restaurant that we ate at, there is a Thai and Italian restaurant and a little shopping mall which is modern and a good range of shops and a supermarket. Our flight out was cancelled and we couldn't get another for three days so had to cancel our trip. Hotel would not make any concession and refused to refund even a small part of the amount paid for 7 days half board.
